FINN SOLEY

Finn Soley is a London-based fashion photographer, retouch editor, and stylist currently studying Fashion Communication at Central Saint Martins. Their practice resculpts human identities through digital media, reimagining how we perceive the body and beauty in a rapidly evolving visual landscape.

Rooted in the principles of cyber feminism and the Glitch Feminism Manifesto, Finn’s work explores fashion imagery beyond the binary, merging physical and digital realities. Through high-skill digital editing, 3D modelling, and inclusive casting, they challenge traditional beauty standards and question the societal constructs that shape how gender and identity are visually understood.

“Nothing is objectively gendered. By ridding ourselves of ingrained associations, the viewer can interpret the work in relation to their own life rather than through externally imposed systems.” - Finn Soley 2025

Driven by accessibility, acceptance, and process, Finn’s work communicates new possibilities of self—identities that exist between the tangible and the virtual. Drawing inspiration from cyber aesthetics, alien worlds, 70s rockstars, and urban architecture, their imagery captures an otherworldly intimacy between subject and viewer.

By creating an inclusive visual space, Finn invites those often alienated by fashion to find connection and belonging within the digital body and the ever-expanding universe of contemporary image-making.
